He is a top notch employee and we are so grateful to have done business with him. We also want to thank Jerry in the Finance team who made the paperwork portion of the purchase so easy. He explained everything so clearly and guided us through the process. I walked away having a perfect understanding of everything I signed and feeling heard in what my needs were in a car. This was the best Christmas gift and we definitely will be raving about this dealership and the members on this team to all of our friends and family. More

Initially I had a problem. Things were not communicated to me properly and that didn’t sit well w/me. I’m not the type of person that normally leaves a bad review or tries to get another person in trouble but I also didn’t want to be charged for something that I didn’t feel was fair. I was a little hesitant to walk back in there after bringing my complaint to their attention. I was worried I’d be getting so looks of contempt or serious attitude but it was nothing like that at all. So it’s nice to know that I can go in and have the opportunity to change my review from poor to great. I wasn’t made to feel like a “Karen” when I walked back in to Hyundai to pick up my refund and the service manager and the guys behind the service counter were nothing but courteous. I’m very happy to say Hyundai in Elmhurst will continue to get my support. A huge thanks to them for understanding my issue and helping me out! More
