This is my first visit to Boardwalk and overall it has been a great experience. I have worked with Steve Fordham in the past at another business and when I needed to get a track alignment, I asked him if been a great experience. I have worked with Steve Fordham in the past at another business and when I needed to get a track alignment, I asked him if he could assist. I was a little apprehensive to take my BMW 1M to a Ferrarri dealership, not because I felt they wouldn't know how to work on it, but more so because it was not a Ferarri. Steve made me feel welcome from my first email and upon arrival took the time to give me a tour of the facility. He took the time to gather all the info he could about what I expected and wanted to achieve from the alignment. I only had a few specifics and then told them to use their judgement on what else would be needed to make the car perform better. I noticed a much better handling car even on the drive home. The ultimate test will be this weekend at COTA. I may not be able to afford a Ferrari, but no one treated me as if I couldn't. Top notch service and hospitality. Give them a shot with your non-Ferrari. You won't be disappointed. More

Extremely easy to schedule appointment. Guys coordinated with Audi dealership to get OEM part for my wife's Q5 and all were great to accommodate my requests. Extremely fast turnaround and delivery. Steve Fordham as always, exceeds expectations. He has taken care of service for my car on two visits to Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati. He is professional, courteous, prompt, listens and most importantly, h taken care of service for my car on two visits to Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati. He is professional, courteous, prompt, listens and most importantly, hears what I am there for. On both visits I asked for several things to be taken care of and each time everything was handled the way I expected it to be. He's also up front about what is and what isn't a problem. I have been a customer of Boardwalk Ferrari-Maserati for almost 5 years and I've always been treated well by all of their employees. My most recent visit was for regularly scheduled maintenance. Steve Fordham scheduled an appointment for me and kept me informed throughout the day of the status of my vehicle. I really appreciate Steve's professionalism! Boardwalk completed the service on the promised schedule and took great care of my car. In the same time frame Ken Murphy assisted me with an inquiry regarding a factory visit. Ken was very helpful and polite. This dealership gets 5 Stars from me for the respect they show their customers. Boardwalk F-M is the only dealership I've ever visited where I didn't feel pressured on anything. That in itself is very unique in the car business. Great job guys! More
