Good Experience! I went and looked at a Honda Accord Coupe I saw online. I drove it, traded my other car in, and was out of there in 2 hours with a new car. The only bad thing I have to say no one really showed me around the car, and how to work the navigation which later I found out needs to be updated and that's another story in itself. I was asked to leave if I didn't buy a car immediately I spoke on phone and set up an appointment for morning visit also explaining that I had another appointment later in the afternoon and so I wouldn't b I spoke on phone and set up an appointment for morning visit also explaining that I had another appointment later in the afternoon and so I wouldn't be buying the car immediately. The gentleman on phone was polite. The next morning I get there but the same gentleman I had spoken to wasn't available and so was taken care of by someone else I don't remember the name of. From the beginning they didn't seem interested to show me the cars. One of them started conversations with "Let's not waste each other's time...". Later while I am talking with one salesman discussing the prices, another salesman just interrupts us and asks me if I was going to buy the car right away. When I told him I have another appointment somewhere else (which I had already informed them about before setting up the appointment with them), he said there wasn't a point in talking to me then. The first guy I had spoken to over the phone had said they were interested in my business apparently. I thanked them for their interest in my business, picked up my keys and left in utter disbelief. Do they really run businesses like this even today?? More

Far exceeded my expectations - zero pressure!! I was dreading the new car buying process, but Right Honda made the process so low stress. When I showed up the first time the Sales rep, Steve, just I was dreading the new car buying process, but Right Honda made the process so low stress. When I showed up the first time the Sales rep, Steve, just let me test drive the car I was looking to drive, then he answered all the questions I had, and while he did tell me the rough estimate for purchase price (after I asked) and trade in value, he never once asked me if I was interested in buying. It was so refreshing not to have a salesman pushing a vehicle! After I left my first in person experience, the fleet director, Gary, followed up with me via email and was able to provide specific information on the vehicle I was looking at. He broke everything down, so there would be no surprises when we showed up to purchase the vehicle. We just showed up to sign the preset papers, moved stuff from our old car, and were off the lot with new vehicle in less than an hour (and that includes the salesman showing off all the features of the new car)! It was also very refreshing that they didn't push any "add-on" warranties or vehicle coverage items. It was just come in, sign the paperwork we previously agreed upon, and drive away in your new car! I will never buy another Honda from any other dealership!! Best in the state, without question. More

Beware of Bait and Switch! I give this dealer a 1 star only because it won't let me leve it blank. I did a transaction through Edmunds for a $22K car and they switched the prici I give this dealer a 1 star only because it won't let me leve it blank. I did a transaction through Edmunds for a $22K car and they switched the pricing to almost $30K! Initially I was extremely happy since this was painless until I discovered the switch and they don't want to answer a simple question of how they could deliver a car that wasn't the one we agreed to. Never again will I go to this dealer even though I'm in the market for another vehicle. More
