Experience was very good except for the fact that they included LoJack for $699 and paint protection for $399. I said I didn't want it. They said they couldn't remove the charge because it's already insta included LoJack for $699 and paint protection for $399. I said I didn't want it. They said they couldn't remove the charge because it's already installed. They wouldn't negotiate and remove the charge. I paid it but I'm ver annoyed about it. This is a very dark cloud that rained on what otherwise would have been a very pleasant experience More

The first time I called Southern Nissan I talked to Jazmyn. Jazmyn quickly set me up with an appointment for the next day . Her customer service was amazing.
