They say once you are a customer the company should want you for life. My family have been dealing with Malouf forever. Marlo is Phenomenal and comes highly recommended. I called yesterday morning for a quote on a car I am very interested in and I was told he would get back to me in 5 minutes. After waiting all day and no one ever got back to me I called back and they were v interested in and I was told he would get back to me in 5 minutes. After waiting all day and no one ever got back to me I called back and they were very short and rude, what about any other cars you might have? This was the same response I got the week before on another car I was interested in only that time no one returned my call at all. This was not the first car I purchased from your dealership only last time you were great, WHAT HAPPENED!!Now you have a Horrible sales department .. Please pass this review to the General manager I think he needs to know this is going on.. More

Although we arrived at about 2:30 the car was completely ready, prepped, plated, insured and road ready. The dealership is also adhereing to all heath regs and social distancing.
