He made the whole process easy and painless. Everyone at Malouf was friendly and accommodating. The manager treated me with respect and the Finance Manager was very clear in explaining the paper work and process. I would shop at Malouf the next time I was looking to buy a car. More

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I received at Malouf Ford. From the time I called to check on inventory, until the sale was completed everything went smoothly. When we committed to the car, we were put into contact with Michael Cappuccio. Michael was very professional and triple checked the car to ensure it would meet our expectations and that our paperwork was in line. This was especially important to us because we were traveling over 3 hours to get there. Upon arrival, Michale’s attention to detail was quite evident. We were greeted personally and within moments felt like we were working with family. Michael took time to show us the car and highlight special features the car has that were different from our previous vehicle.
