Great Buying Experience I wanted to tell everyone about the outstanding buying experience I had at Arrowhead Honda. First, Brian, my Sales Expert, came in on his day off beca I wanted to tell everyone about the outstanding buying experience I had at Arrowhead Honda. First, Brian, my Sales Expert, came in on his day off because of a scheduling error on the appointment I made. But no matter to Brian, he was there anyways! He quickly brought the exact car we we're looking for out to us and began showing the exciting features. After the test drive Brian sat us down to discuss numbers. There were no surprises and no hiden fees. Everything was on the table and explained in plain English. Once we settled on a price Brian introduced us to Jeff the Finance Manager. Jeff was equally professional in explaining the financing and patiently answering questions about warranty options. And believe me like everyone else we had a ton of questions! The drop everything, bend over backwards, care beyond words that my wife and I received throughout the buying process has made me want to tell others of the awesome experience we had! More

Knowledge is Power The Service Representative , Steve Bullock, was knowledgeable, on time, helpful, and pleasant. He took his time to explain the meanings of the various The Service Representative , Steve Bullock, was knowledgeable, on time, helpful, and pleasant. He took his time to explain the meanings of the various instrument panel symbols so that in the future we would know when it is important to bring the car to a service center. He also explained how a car, though low on mileage, can still began to have problems with brake fluid, oil, filters, etc. He anticipated the situation and prepared us for what some of the things could be found that would need attention. He also made sure we got the "perk" of a washed car. That was invaluable as the car has a travel carrier on top and cannot go through an ordinary car wash. The service was done well and the recall on the model repaired. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful! More

Fantastic! The Service Dept. guys are wonderful: Steve Bullock, Tom Urbina , Brandon Whitaker & Kevin Proo, and so are the Parts Dept. guys. You are never given The Service Dept. guys are wonderful: Steve Bullock, Tom Urbina , Brandon Whitaker & Kevin Proo, and so are the Parts Dept. guys. You are never given a "hard sell" for services. Explanations are given in a clear manner, recommendations given for necessary repairs/ services, etc. The Saturday hours for minor repairs/ oil changes is great. Love the shuttle service.. I have used the shuttle service to take me to and from work- so I did not have to take time off to have my car serviced. I have been a customer for the last 18 years. Highly recommend!! More
