I really like driving the 2010 Hyundai Accent GLS I purchased here in March. It came with a very good warranty from Hyundai and the additional warranty was a good addition. It's definitely very gas-stingy and handles very well. This is the first foreign car I've ever had, but my son recommended Hyundai because he's on his second Elantra. Jessica Scarboro was a very nice salesperson to deal with and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family looking for a new or used auto. The dealership was very clean and everything seemed to run well. I have yet to use the service department, but the car I purchased was in immaculate condition and extremely clean. The only issues I had were with being provided only one key to the vehicle, which stressed me out because of the possibility of losing the one key or locking it in the car. I had two additional keys made at a store near my home--problem solved with a small out-of-pocket cost to me. The best part of shopping at Crown Hyundai was the ability to search and book test drives online; the best part of shopping was being able to find a certified vehicle in good condition. We went to the dealership to begin our search for a new vehicle. I would like to give Thanks Crown Hyundai and in particular Steve Bednar. I usually dislike going to dealerships because of the High pressure Sales tactics used and all the window sticker markup gam particular Steve Bednar. Each staff member I had communications with was polite and courteous. Steve took his time and was very patient with me, his knowledge of the Sonata and other models were exactly what I needed to help me determine what would be best for me. In the end was able to get me the deal that was within my budget and the car I wanted with no Games involved…Thank you so much.. Our family will be in need of a 7-8 passenger vehicle and will not hesitate to make the 200 mile trip over to you to see the new 2013 Santa Fe.. Thanks again Steve and Crown Hyundai! I have already been spreading the word to all my friends in the market. More

Absolutely great experience. From the rock bottom price I was able to negotiate to the friendliness of my salesman, Stephen Bednar, to the finance people, it was painless and a pleasant experience. Stephen made sure that I was totally familiar with my new Equus before I left the dealership and the very low interest rate that Fernando Gonzalez was able to obtain for me was beyond what I had expected. I would unequivocally recommend Crown Hyundai to anyone. More

I have been buying cars since I was 19 and by far this was my best experience. The customer service was A+++++! I was greeted at the door by my salesman Steve. I was immediately offered something to drink and taken to his office. Once seated Carl came over to introduce himself. The entire staff treated me like royalty. I also had a salesman come out and offer to take a picture of me with my phone in front of my new car. Once the sale was final Steve came outside in the rain to help transfer my things from my old vehicle to my new vehicle. He also programmed my iPhone to the blue tooth feature in the car. I will refer all my friends and anyone I meet to come to Crown for their next car purchase!!!! More
