We found a fairly priced car based on our prior Kelly Blue Book investigation and our online review of other area dealerships and private sales. We purchased the car the same day, a rarity for us. The team worked their magic! My husband and I came in on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a 2008 Prius, and we were planning on driving up to Fredericksburg to purchase a cheape My husband and I came in on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a 2008 Prius, and we were planning on driving up to Fredericksburg to purchase a cheaper, higher mileage car from a no-name used car dealership. I was met by Joe Taylor at the door and he promptly got the keys to the vehicle we saw online. He pulled it up and took my license inside to copy, which gave us a great chance to honestly talk about our first impressions without worrying about censoring our opinions. We were blown away by the luxurious interior and excellent condition of a 10 year old car. Once on our test drive, Joe made pleasant conversation but was quiet so we could hear any noises/squeaks/the engine/etc. I thought that was so considerate and rare, based on my experience with other car salesman who rattled on and on and were probably just trying to mask rattles and clanks. We chatted a bit with Joe and Sterling (manager) about my trade-in and ended up leaving without buying since we needed a bit more money for the trade-in. I felt they were honest and not pushy at all. We got a call from Joe about 2 hours later, letting us know he spoke with a higher up (one of the Hyman Brothers himself?) and he offered an excellent deal on my trade-in. I appreciated his going the extra mile since the no-haggle price of the Prius was not going anywhere. This truly sealed the deal for us, despite testing 2 other Prius' in a 100-mile radius. Once we expressed our serious interest, Joe took calls from us on a Sunday, and walked us through the final paperwork along with Sterling. Together, they really took care of us and I believe they will continue to do so for as long as I'm going in for my free state inspections and every 3rd oil change! I will also shout out Brad who thoroughly explained all of the financing and Roger in the service department. The tire pressure monitor light came on as we were driving our new car home, and I was able to get it reset the next day while I got my license plates on. More

Car Purchase Purchased a 2014 mercedes, as I drove away the keyless entry did not work. They suggested I take car to the local dealership in my area, p0 I drove over 2 1/2 hours to purchase the car. The keyless entry has not worked since! Would NOT recommend this dealership. Now I realized why they had disable the keyless entry.....BECAUSE IT WASN'T WORKING...AND THEY KNEW IT. For a no haggle dealership you should try being a HONEST dealership!!!! More

The only downfall was Hyman Bros Auto was 600 miles away from me in Southern Indiana. I was a little apprehensive at first to make a purchase like this with that kind of distance involved. After reading the outstanding reviews I decided to call and inquire about the Green Mustang that had melted my heart. Vernon James was the sales associate I spoke with on the phone that provided me much needed information about the dealership as well as the car. This was a man I felt very comfortable with immediately and felt a sense of trust from our conversation that if the car wasn't an A+ it wouldn't be on their lot. Less than a week later me and hubby made the drive to Midlothian and I can say that was one of the best road trips I've ever. I was offered the option of having the car shipped but hubby and I are road trip people so the drive was exhilarating. This was the most exciting purchases I've ever made in my life, and I like that we have a story attached to our new found ownership. The guys at the dealership are truly fantastic. I hope my review helps anyone else who may have seen their dream car on Hyman Bros website from a great distance and decide to take this chance like we did. A big shoutout to VERNON JAMES!. 😁 Upon leaving the dealership my final words were, you will see me again in a few years. I really meant this.
