Porsche Atlanta Perimeter is the optimal place to buy and service a car. During my last visit, Stephen Hennessy was my service advisor, and he really took care of me! Came in to get my new wireless key fob programmed for my vintage 996, and had them check out my front axle for a fluid leak which I thought was a brake leak but after some pretty extensive looking discovere vintage 996, and had them check out my front axle for a fluid leak which I thought was a brake leak but after some pretty extensive looking discovered my shocks were going out. I declined to replace them at the dealership as this was something I could do myself, but I was pleasantly surprised to find I was not charged for the diagnostic work! Pretty rare at a high end dealership, and much appreciated by an older Porsche owner! More

I made an appointment for a regular checkup. They kept my car 3 days, charged me an indecent amount of hours and I had to find my car myself on the parking lot when picking up. So often people pause only to report on unpleasant encounters or unsatisfactory service which does hold value for other consumers, but I wanted to take a moment and report on the outstanding service I encounters or unsatisfactory service which does hold value for other consumers, but I wanted to take a moment and report on the outstanding service I have recently received from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. With regards to any comments about the Porsche Service Advisor Stephen Hennessey, I extend these comments to include and represent the same experience received during prior appointments facilitated through Mr. Hennessey. The Jim Ellis Automotive Group and Porsche are fortunate to have found and retained such talent when adding Stephen Hennessey to the Porsche Atlanta Perimeter Service Team. Although I must admit that I have yet to encounter a single unpleasant representative at this dealership, I can say with confidence that Stephen’s knowledge, professionalism, and disposition exceeds all expectations that one may have of the Porsche brand and the astute attention to detail that follows over the course of ownership. Stephen’s communications are always appropriately timed, informative, and aligned with any urgency that he may sense from me (without me even expressing such) or service technician professionals that may be inspecting my vehicle. His follow-up skills are on point, and he always extends his best foot forward to make each experience the best that it can be regardless of the service bill that is to follow. I am submitting this review out of respect and appreciation for an individual’s commitment, demonstrated multiple times through their actions, to their role, the brand, and the dealership they call home…not to mention the client. Stephen, you embody the very essence of what I believe the Porsche brand represents, know that you are appreciated very much. I’d also like to commend Mit Seeblack on the excellent service recap video which I received outlining services performed, recommendations made, and commentary provided on both. Mr. Seeblack, thank you for contributing to another positive experience with Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. Your skilled work is certainly valued and appreciated.
