Best dealership in London! Place was clean and COVID safety was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Steph, Jamal and Hass were all extremely efficient and helpful. They made sure my family got all the details and came up with a vehicle and plan that works for us! We couldn't be happier with our 2021 Tucson! We feel relieved to have a reliable and safe vehicle. We won't buy/lease from anywhere else! We have also had great experiences with Jameel, Samir and KJ! Highly recommend everyone! The staff in service are very nice and equally helpful! Stephanie was amazing in helping us with our new vehicle purchase. She took the time to understand what our needs were and presented two Santa Fe's that allowed us to choose the best one fitted for us. Sh purchase. She valued our time, ensuring the vehicles were ready when we came in. She demonstrated her knowledge of the vehicles she was offering and whenever we challenged her with a question she didn't immediately have an answer for, she researched it and got back to us quickly. Stephanie demonstrated such great customer service that as we continued searching for the perfect vehicle for us, we kept our search in the Finch family of dealerships. While we didn't end up buying our new vehicle from Stephanie, we did buy from the Finch family and we highly recommend Stephanie to anyone shopping at Finch Hyundai. More
