Purchased a used Cadillac from them on June 22,2023. During test drive all gauges went off, they said it was the aftermarket key and would get me a key. This happened every time we drove the car. Then we realized the key given us did not work the door lock ! I called several times with no return call, the Stanley called and said hey, you bought as is, end of story!! I have spent nearly a $1000.00 getting the car to work correctly and still have to have a garage pull the key tumbler and bring it to a locksmith to modify it to work with a key The dealership has been totally unhelpful, just saying you bought it as is, even though they must have been aware of these issues and never told us of them Went to a dealership thinking I could avoid this kind of thing, not with these guys. I will never go there again and considering what action should be next. More

Picked up a new Colorado from stock for a business. Sales, etc went fine but went to buy a GM tonneau cover for it. The Chevrolet website said $1,400 but Key quoted me $2,500. Do they really expect to get repeat business? I need two more trucks but won't deal with Key if that's going to be their method. More

On the internet, I saw a car that I was interested in that was being sold at Key Chevrolet in Middletown. In spite that it was about 117 miles away from home I decided to call just to get some info. Upon calling I spoke to Stanley who appeared to be very friendly and honest, and after talking to him for just one minute, it felt like I’ve known Stanley my whole life. I hung up and immediately planned a road trip for the following day. Upon my arrival at Key Chevrolet I met with Meeggan and Mehai who were very helpful and personable. Upon later speaking to Stanley he made buying my dream car a reality. The entire experience was pleasant and smooth, with Elijah closing the deal with all the final paperwork. Just when I thought it was all over, Stanley walked me to the car. He jumped in and calmly went over all the hidden bells and whistles the car had, where the only way I could have learned it was by reading the owners manual twice. I want to thank Key Chevrolet and its staff for the most seamless car buying experience I have ever had. More

Next his quiz for us to show him how to operate various functions he talked before and made sure we had a full understanding of our car . Now that is detailed, hands on practice before we left the dealership. I leased a car this past week From Stanley at Key Chevrolet. Stanley made the whole process very easy. We got all the paperwork done on Thursday and on Saturday morning I walked in and handed over th Chevrolet. Stanley made the whole process very easy.
