So this started out as a frustrating experience. First, the transmission in my 2020 Ford F-150 needed overhauled. Its out of factory warranty because I put a lot of miles on it. They overhauled it First, the transmission in my 2020 Ford F-150 needed overhauled. Its out of factory warranty because I put a lot of miles on it. They overhauled it at a cost upwards of $6,500. Thankfully I did my research and bought an aftermarket warranty. I got my truck back and after a few days it started having issues again. So I took it back in. They couldn't duplicate my concern so they couldn't do anything without knowing what I was experiencing. I took a video of what it was doing and when it would do it. I sent my service advisor Chandra the videos. She suggested I bring it back in but with my work schedule it wasn't easy driving it to Wichita so they arranged to pick it up and drop off a loaner vehicle for me. It was a hydraulic line that was in need of repair so it needed a new transmission, at a cost upwards of $7,000. After I got my truck out of service, maybe the next day, my multimedia screen went black. No radio, no backup camera, no navigation. Screen completely black. I called Mel Hambelton up and asked what it was and how much it would cost since my warranty didnt cover it. Took it in for diagnostics, they told me what it was and how much. After some back and forth with the warranty company, with Ford Motor Companies Customer Relations Department, and the Dealership, it was the warranty company in the wrong for saying that it wasn't covered. Mel Hambelton called me to let me knownit was covered and offered to get it in for service. I dropped the truck off for service, picked up a loaner vehicle and I was happy with the experience despite the growing frustration. Chandra is an amazing service advisor, Stan is great with Customers, and Mel Hambelton is still the only Dealership in the United States that I feel confident and trustworthy about taking my vehicles. Or even buying vehicles from. I did have to apologize o them because my truck was dirty on the outside from 4,000 miles on a business trip in Colorado/Utah. 😀 Chandra said they'd wash it up for me and see about getting the oil changed as a courtesy. That right there is next level, above and beyond service. 10/10 Highly Recommend. More

After driving hours to purchase a vehicle, we were mislead and lied to the entire time regarding incentives and the deal they’d do for us.. What’s messed up is that Stan Bogdan a manager here could ca mislead and lied to the entire time regarding incentives and the deal they’d do for us.. What’s messed up is that Stan Bogdan a manager here could care less about his customers. He too mislead us and lied to us, didn’t do anything that was promised. Avoid this dealership and this person by all costs. I have filed all sorts of complaints on these people. To ford bbb and local ag office. I learned my lesson. More
