Most of my questions were answered to my satisfaction by both Gary and Stacey. Our truck was delivered to us the next day, when we wanted it. Everything went as they said it would. The whole transaction was very quick and satisfactory. Stacey showed us how to setup our preferences as to how we wanted things to operate on the truck. Stacey called us a couple of days later to check how things were going and if we had any questions. She offered to try to answer any questions we have in the future. Very satisfied with both of them. The financial person might be advised to explain a little better as to why someone might be paying sales taxes on money they did not spend!!! More

This was my first experience with Klaben Ford. I was interested in purchasing a Ford Escape. I did some research of several Ford dealerships in my area and found Klaben Ford in Warren to have the vehic interested in purchasing a Ford Escape. I did some research of several Ford dealerships in my area and found Klaben Ford in Warren to have the vehicle I was looking for. I phoned the dealership and was connected to Stacey. I found Stacey pleasant to talk to as well as very cooperative in working around my schedule to set up our initial appointment. Stacey was also very informative and eager to help me. She has a nice personality and is knowledgeable about the Escape that I purchased. All of the people that I encountered there have been pleasant and acknowledge you when you are there. They don't ignore you just because you are not their particular customer. I like that. They made me feel welcome. I will definitely recommend the Klaben team and especially Stacey when anyone I know needs a vehicle. More
