On August 23, 2022 we purchased a used 2022 GMC SLT. The sales process was very good but the follow up left something to be desired. We traded in 2 vehicles so Royal owed us over $5000.00. It took 11 The sales process was very good but the follow up left something to be desired. We traded in 2 vehicles so Royal owed us over $5000.00. It took 11 days for us to receive the check. Admittedly, some of that was the mail. Then, it took 3 weeks to get the extra key for the truck. Each time I contacted someone at Royal it appeared they had forgotten about the key. I finally had to contact Scott Chambers about the key. I contacted Forever Warranty and GMC Rewards on 9/21/2022 with questions and neither had us as new owners. This meant that Royal had not sent in any paper work nor have they sent in paperwork on the two extended warranty policies we selected. Finally, we have only received one thank you contact for purchasing the truck and that was Derek Deckens. While other dealerships offer 1 free service within a year, Royal does not offer anything. More
