On Saturday, July 20,2013 myself and my husband James went to Lenoir City Ford to see about trading in my Nissan Versa as the gas mileage was not what I had expected when I purchased it. We first met wi went to Lenoir City Ford to see about trading in my Nissan Versa as the gas mileage was not what I had expected when I purchased it. We first met with Breck Davis who showed us used Ford Focus vehicles. I picked out a white Focus with a hatchback that I needed. Salesman Sonny Wolfenbarger took over the sale and trade-in, and after several offers and counter offers I got the price I was pleased with. Sonny is a great salesman, bent over backwards to satisfy me as I am a little "Hardheaded". I know what I can afford when purchasing a car, either new or used. He didn't treat us like strangers, treated us like friends and myself and my husband appreciated that very much. Mike Wilinski assisted in our purchase and he is a really great guy. Went out of his way also to satisfy me and I trusted him as much as I trusted Sonny. I received great financing by the Finance Manager and he explained every step in the financing plus my extended warranty and the Gap insurance. The car was cleaned up and we even got a free tank of gas. On the way home we heard a noise coming from the rear end and a little shimmy at about 50-55mph. My husband called Sonny, told him about it and he said to come back in on Saturday to have it checked in their Maintenance Dept. Went back on July 21st and was told it was the rear tires making the noise and needed to be replaced. After replacing, no more noise or shimmy. Sonny lent us a car to go eat lunch in while mine was having the tires delivered and put on. Great people at this dealership and hope everyone wanting a new/used car goes there. Thanks Lenoir City Ford, James and Marlayne Upton More
