Had to push hard to get a trade in that came close to Kelly blue book. Also the closing process was easy however (and stupid on our part) everything was digital and we were handed a flash drive with our Kelly blue book. Our sales rep, Rick Nelson, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, went over the entire vehicle with us, explained all the paperwork, had our car ready at the appointed pick up time, and even paired our phones before we left. I highly recommend working with Rick - a great experience. The Finance Manager, Soleiman Muskitta, also was very helpful and not pushy trying to get us to purchase extras like so many dealerships do.
