On to my second lease! I just upgraded to the new 2017 Rav4 Limited! Worked with Marc in Sales. He did his best to get me the most comfortable monthly payment he could and I just upgraded to the new 2017 Rav4 Limited! Worked with Marc in Sales. He did his best to get me the most comfortable monthly payment he could and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. But I have to say the best part of the process for me was working with Sohail Butt in Finance. He was able to get the monthly payment down to a more comfortable rate for me and honestly I have never sat down with anyone in Finance and understood things so clearly. He took the time to explain every charge and fee, was very thorough, and I walked out of there with my new car and feeling confident that I understood all the numbers (which, this being my first lease, I was still trying to grasp the concept of where each dollar went). Overall good experience We were in the market to replace a CPO 2003 Highlander which my husband loved and never had any major problems with in over 200K miles. Unfortunately We were in the market to replace a CPO 2003 Highlander which my husband loved and never had any major problems with in over 200K miles. Unfortunately we were rear ended and the car was totaled and a Highlander was the only car he would consider. We came into the dealership armed with internet research and knew which car we were interested in. That being said Angelo was very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable, but at the high end of KBB pricing estimates. The one thing we were not prepared for however, was the additional costs, which although optional, we decided we wanted and added an additional $2600 to the cost which we really weren't prepared for, so be warned. The car has very low mileage and is in excellent ondition and we know Toyota will stand behind it because it is CPO so we are very satisfied so far and just hope we get as many good years out of it as we did the first one. More

We starte We have a 2000 Toyota 4Runner that has been nothing but good to me, so when we thought about a new vehicle I wanted to look at new 4Runners. We started at Westbrook, CT Toyota. I hadn't even see the car (as we learned we wanted a Trail Premium) and they wanted us to fill out a credit application. We were not pleased with their finance team. We were recommended to Mike Cote and Toyota of Wallingford. They had a Trail on the property that we test drove. Mike came in on his day off to let us test drive. We knew we wanted the Trail Premium and Mike and his team quickly found us what we were looking for at a great price! It was an easy process start to finish. I applaud Mike for his honesty with us as well as his finance person, Sohail. Erin Benson started us off with great internet communication, phone assistance and in person. I would highly recommend Toyota of Wallingford for anyone wanting an honest, laid-back experience without the high pressure sales. They also offer free oil changes and batter for life at their location. More

Excellent Experience, No Pressure, Educated Salesman Originally my wife and I came into this dealership with intentions of looking at a Toyota Rav4. Tim Roy was our sales man who we had the pleasure of working with. He took the time to get to know what we were looking for, what our price range was, and gave us a thorough explanation and tutorial of all the bells and whistles that the Rav4 had to offer. Everything from opening the hood, to explanation all of the features of the navigation system. We must have spent at least an hour and a half. Never did he pressure us to buy the car that day. Fast forward i had intended to buy a Chevy Silverado and had pretty much committed already. I slept on it and came in the next day to speak to Tim about the Toyota Tacoma. Again he walked me through all of the features and navigation (many of which were the same for the Tacoma). We took it for a ride and i changed my mind to purchase the Tacoma. A lot more bells and whistles than the plain old Chevy Silverado. I'm loving the Tacoma and we are picking up the Rav4 on Saturday. Needless to say what we thought was going to be a 1 car purchase turned into two due to the great experience and sales experience. More
