Consistency across all channels is critical from the first interaction with the consumer. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years here. Puchased 3 vehs with the intent to puchase the 4th. My last purchase became a headache by absolutely no wrong doing on our part. Our sales rep never followed through with her promises and when questioned, she was quick to blame the service dept. Don't know if there's a lack of communication between sales and service but these broken promises caused a huge inconvenience to us. It is very disappointing because I really liked this dealership and were always treated so well in the past. :( More
