The leasing agent failed to advise us back 2017 that there would be a $400 dollar fee in returning the vehicle. My husband and I were blindsided by this. Money is tight due to Covid, and this expense was totally unwarranted. Secondly, I will no longer lease or purchase a Hyundai vehicle. Your dealership no longer is competitive with other car dealerships. I am now going to be a Nissan customer. Hyundai needs to wake up and offer lower prices and better incentives for their cars if they want to stay in business. My issue is not with any salesperson, but with the dealership and Hyundai themselves. More
