They were dishonest on the pricing. I was charged with hidden fees that was not even discussed. I would highly recommend this dealership. My Salesman Silvio C. was very patient and courteous. My hardest decision was choosing the color exterior and interior. I didn’t want a light color interior because of visible dirt and how often I would have to clean it. I test drove several cars to get a feel for the vehicle’s performance. I had decided earlier what my price point was and Thomas the Sales Manager was very helpful. Once I picked the color the process is simple. I would recommend getting pre approved for a car loan, so you know what your payment will be. That’s when you meet Eder, one of the finance managers. He will walk you through the final process of getting your vehicle, and if you know what you want your payment to be, he will give you the options to reach your payment price. All in all the process takes way too long but in the end it’ll be worth it. I would like to thank the team at Honda New Rochelle for all their help and the fact that they were very courteous. Each time I walked in the door I was greeted, even when I walked around the lot, I was offered help and refreshments while I waited. Thank you More
