The salesman, Abdul Ramadan is wonderful to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable with an outstanding work ethic. The excellent service continues whenever I take my car in. Sid always goes over and above in ensuring everything is done correctly and to my satisfaction. He always meets the commitments he has made. Scott has also been wonderful to deal with as well. Where customer service is lacking in so many businesses, it is so wonderful to always have my expectations exceeded when dealing with Erin Park Lexus. Abdul and Sid who I have dealt with most often are incredible ambassadors for Erin Park Lexus and for the Lexus brand. Given there are many options in the market I continue to go back to Erin Park because of them and I can't say enough about how amazing it is to deal with them. The coffee, WiFi, TV, newspapers and free car wash are a few extras that makes one feel comfortable and special. The only VIP service lacking is a helicopter to drop and pick up patrons who are often in a hurry and wish to avoid the GTA traffic!.Keep up the good job, Team Lexus. More
