Keith Baker was outstanding to work with on my purchase of a 2021 Sierra Denali. Keith was always very patient with my many questions and always got me the answers I needed throughout the process. Shynelle was very helpful as well, assisting Keith when he was off or is he was busy and could not respond right away. On the day I signed, he had all of the paperwork ready to go for our scheduled appointment and I was done with that and the finance department in no time. Very easy and smooth transaction. Keith also took the time to show me all the of features and functions on the truck before I left. I am very impressed with how smoothly things went at Ed Martin GMC.
