AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. AMBER AND SHOLA HELPED US GET THE TRUCK WE WERE LOOKING FOR. TOOK US A LIL WHILE TO WORK THE NUMBERS BUT FINALLY THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. WE HAD A LIL MISS UNDERSTANDING WITH THE BEDL THE TRUCK WE WERE LOOKING FOR. TOOK US A LIL WHILE TO WORK THE NUMBERS BUT FINALLY THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. Shola sold me my car and got us in and out quicker than I’ve ever bought a car before and was very nice and professional. I also recently to get a service for my navigation on my car done and Jessica was t I’ve ever bought a car before and was very nice and professional. She responded quickly to voicemails and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Definitely recommend this dealership. More

This specific dealership was awful on how they handled everything. All the way from the sales manager to the actual salesman, as soon as we walked in the door we should of walked out right away. Salesman and sales manager were pretty unprofessional from the test drive to the final paperwork, kept trying to drop the down payment but extend the loan but a couple more years. Myself and wife tried to give these guys the Beni fit of the doubt and ended up purchasing a vehicle from them, during the final stages of the sale did not see the salesman or anyone for a while and was told vehicle would have a full tank in it and the salesman lied and had a quarter tank left. Drove off the lot and not a day later the vehicle completely stopped running wouldn’t accelerate and check engine light came on leaving my wife stranded in the side of the road. We had called the dealership and could not get ahold of anyone to be able to resolve the issue for almost a full 24 hours before someone had got ahold of us. The vehicle was then towed to Courtesy Chevrolet and the service department said it was a minor issue the the vehicle computer system and should be good to go. Thank goodness we had bought the extended warranty on the vehicle and did not have to deal with that dealership anymore and took vehicle straight to the dealer, who then found more issues with the vehicle that courtesy had Not disclosed to us. Almost a year to the day the vehicle completely stopped and shut down for a fourth time leaving my wife on the side of the road in over 100 degrees. The vehicle is not safe at all to drive and would not recommend purchasing from this dealership to anyone. More

Absolutely incredible. I was cautious of Shola, because he started off telling me that he was very transparent, wasn't going to shim-sham me, was very open and honest. My first thought was, "that's what a scam artist would say'. But Shola was very straight forward. He gave me a terrific deal on the vehicle that I ended up buying from him, gave me more for my trade-in than I expected, and even threw in a tow package. I ended up spending less than I wanted to, and got more than I hoped for. I would recommend any friend or family member to him for any new or used car. Thank you Shola!! More

While working the deal they kept saying to be transparent, but they were far from transparent, and the sale person did not have completely understand the forms. We were not shown all the options and how they properly worked. The vehicle needed a part to be fixed, and was told it would be upon delivery. We agreed to wait for the part to be fixed and have the vehicle delivered to us. The sales person again did not understand the paperwork, and even stated he was on a tight time frame. The vehicle was not fixed and needed to be returned. I used a Educator Discount, and someone else needed to call me afterward to get the information and my badge. I offered it the day of purchase but was told they did not need it. No one explained the dealer installed options, and I had to ask about the Kahu protection. Someone enter a false email address, so I was not able to use Kahu until this was corrected. No one ask for an email address, but the entered a fake one anyway. Debbie has been the only shining star throughout the process. She followed through and quickly correct the error of the rest of the staff. More

Wonderful Experince Shola was wonderful to work with. I came in looking for a used Honda CR-V, but not know what I could afford. I don't remember the names of the other people I worked with but the experience was very good from beginning to end, with Shola being the shining star of the whole thing! FINANCE GUY STRAIGHT UP ADMITTED TO ADDING A $2000 WARRANTY I could write a long review but I'll get to the main point as fast as possible so to not let this dealership steal any more of my time or try to stea I could write a long review but I'll get to the main point as fast as possible so to not let this dealership steal any more of my time or try to steal more money. I went in Sunday to buy a car for my wife. After 3 and a half painful hours we finally got the price to a reasonable number with monthly, down and number of months agreed upon. Since the car was for my wife my signatures were not required so I took my tired and hungry 1 and 3 year olds home to eat trusting my wife was in good hands. Fast forward 3 days later this random thought pops into my head to check the contract to be sure the numbers were right. Sure enough 3 extra months were tacked on to the terms basically adding an extra $2000 to the back end. I spoke to a manager who in turn had the salesman call me. The salesman and I had a back and forth ending in him saying he didn't remember discussing the number of months we wished to finance for even though that was all we discussed for 3 hours. He insisted the deal was done correctly. He had Steve the finance guy call me. So here's what happened. Steve added an interior exterior warranty to the contract without telling my wife and ultimately adding 3 months (over $2k) to the contract. How do I know? He straight up told us to our face when we showed up to sign the new contract. My wife reminded Steve that she declined the additional warranties offered by him when signing. His response. He brazenly told us the 3 months were because he added this warranty "because he thought she would want it". At least dude was honest. No apology stone cold attitude. He literally tried to steal from us. We had no warranty paperwork and since he decided not to tell us about it we could have never used it if needed. Cherry on top is that the salesman that we trusted seemed to help cover this up by acting like he had no clue as to what had happened arguing the agreement was correct. Tried to steal my money and half a day with no apology from anyone. Un friggin believable! UPDATE: I took Debbie (customer service) up on her offer to give her a call to share my experience. She informed me that our experience with Steve trying to rip us off was not normal operating procedure and she seemed genuinely concerned about the situation. She said she would have Steve's manager call as well as to fix an item that was committed to us and nobody had called us back on. 3 weeks went by with not call on either issue. I called Debbie back and she apologized and admitted she forgot. I can accept that and appreciated her honesty. Steve's boss called me and I had a very similar conversation. She said she didn't fully understand the situation the first time around which is odd since she read my review above which was very clear and said now that she understood more fully from my perspective and they would have another review of the situation. I went in the next week to have my service issue addressed and guess who was sitting at his desk. "Old Dog" Steve likely still ripping people off from his desk. I also messaged the Owner/GM through the company website a couple weeks back with no response. THIS COMPANY LACKS INTEGRITY AND ETHICS AND IT WOULD SEEM THEY TRAIN THEIR FINANCE TEAM IN THIS PRACTICE ALLOWING THEM TO RIP OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS. STEVE HAS CLEARLY BEEN AROUND THE BLOCK AND I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE HE'S RIPPED OFF OVER HIS YEARS AND HOW MANY MORE HE WILL GET??? DON'T LET THIS BE YOU! MY ADVICE STEER CLEAR OF COURTESY CHEVROLET. TOO MANY OPTIONS OUT THERE TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH CORRUPT COMPANIES THAT LACK INTEGRITY. More

Shola, who answered the phone from the internet department has great communication skills. He got me to drive from Gilbert to come in. Then Jesse, a wonderful young salesman, negotiated to the price I wanted. it took a few attempts, but he did it! Then there was Josh, Edwin, and Michael, they were behind the scenes helping to make this transaction happen. Finally, there was Steven in finance who gave me the best and amazing rate! Wait, Jessica made sure I received my additional key after the vehicle was in my hands. Jesse was right, when he said it was a family owned dealership. Thank you so much!!! More
