Very average. Prior to 2020, Ray Brandt Toyota's employees were very friendly and cordial. I did not get a warm welcome when I arrived. It's just not the same. It has been awful. I am still waiting on a paint recall to be done since Dec 2022. Last week I called and spoke to Toyota and was given a case number. I had not heard b I am still waiting on a paint recall to be done since Dec 2022. Last week I called and spoke to Toyota and was given a case number. I had not heard back from anyone there since March 7, so I called back a few minutes ago. After being disconnected twice, I am told I will get a call back tomorrow from Ms Peice, who is handling my case. I certainly hope so. I have been a Toyota customer for SEVERAL years, but this experience has definitely changed my mind if I need to purchase another vehicle in the future. More
