Terrible service - dropped truck off for recall service 5/22. Call to check on it tech said couldn’t help. Called back 23rd and tech said she’ll call me back. No call back again. Stopped in @ 5:00 and said 5/22. Call to check on it tech said couldn’t help. Called back 23rd and tech said she’ll call me back. No call back again. Stopped in @ 5:00 and said I want my truck. No service had been done and recalls are still pending. Bringing to different dealership. NEVER again to Morrie’s. I had an appointment and nothing gets down or call back in 2 days! More

The service was very quick! However we noticed after we left the dealership that the keyword suddenly doesn’t unlock the driver door. We didn’t have this issues before. Over the past five years, I had very satisfactory service at Morrie’s Buffalo Ford dealership. Previously I dealt with Morrie’s Ridgedale Ford in Minnetonka until they changed service management and staff t at Morrie’s Buffalo Ford dealership. Previously I dealt with Morrie’s Ridgedale Ford in Minnetonka until they changed service management and staff that caused me to leave that dealership due to a bad experience. More
