I am a veteran returning from a 7 month deployment and alot of changes needed to be done to my insurance, registration, address etc that were frustrating and confusing to me. Jose took the time to help guide me in the right direction which is greatly appreciated. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted walking into bournes. 5+stars I shopped for months for the car I wanted, test drove many, and Bourne's Auto Center had the 2015 Acura RDX I wanted for THOUSANDS less than every oth I shopped for months for the car I wanted, test drove many, and Bourne's Auto Center had the 2015 Acura RDX I wanted for THOUSANDS less than every other dealership in the region. I lived 50 miles away so I had high hopes that if I liked the vehicle enough to buy it, I could do it all in one trip. I filled out the credit app online early afternoon and worked with Trevon Hubbard and Amy Pawlowski before my appointment at 3 PM to finalize all details. I arrived a little late and the place was hoppin, but to my surprise within 5 minutes they had the keys in my hand for a test drive. The car was perfect, so when I arrived back we put together the deal. They gave me top dollar for my trade and here's the best part, I was in my newly washed Acura and on my way home just after 5 PM!! To test drive a car, have a trade valued, financing put into place, and new registration done in under two hours? The folks at Bourne's Auto Center are amazing! Great work Amy, Trey, and Shawn! More
