As a long time customer of the Lexus dealer in Sarasota it was refreshing to have a dealership that cares about their customers. An oil change at Sarasota Lexus was upwards of 1.5-2 hours, along with the n it was refreshing to have a dealership that cares about their customers. An oil change at Sarasota Lexus was upwards of 1.5-2 hours, along with the new let's run up the bill attitude they have. Oil change appointment at Gentle Lakewood was for 1:00. In and out at 1:45.
