Arrived at 8:20 a. m. for an 8:30 oil change and tire rotation. After service was completed at9:25, my vehicle sat in the service lot for another thirty five minutes. I m. for an 8:30 oil change and tire rotation. After service was completed at9:25, my vehicle sat in the service lot for another thirty five minutes. I finally went to the service desk to inquire and was told they were getting it ready. Waited another ten minutes to get my car. Nearly two hours for this service and this is the second time this has happened in the last four months. After thirty years of patronizing Secor, I will not be returning to this dealership. The turn over in help at this dealersfphip is also not a good sign, Sayonnora and don’t contact me again. More
