Great experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and shaun made it happen. I had done my research around what I wanted and already had my percentage rated locked. I’m gl I knew exactly what I wanted and shaun made it happen. I had done my research around what I wanted and already had my percentage rated locked. I’m glad I did not have to deal with any over inflated documents fees that other places sometimes offer. All in all it was a painless process and drove my ride home the same day. What more can you ask for….well a free detail kit, but you can’t always get what you want lol. Now I’ll just have to figure out how to fit in some free scheduled maintenance they offer for a year as a plus. Buying a certified Toyota from them was a breeze. More
