Their customer service is beyond excellent, and they worked their hardest to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Ashley B fielded each and every one of my bizarre questions with ease and patience. Eric K took great care of me the one day I came in and Ashley wasn't in (some excellent teamwork), Shaun made understanding all of the financing easy and made sure that I wasn't overpaying for anything I didn't need/want, and Kevin Flanagan checked in on me to make sure the whole team was meeting my needs. When my new lease is up in 3 years, I'm sure I'll be back for another one, and there's no dealership I trust more. More

Over the past 25 years I have purchased Audi, BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes all I am now the proud owner of my 1st Volvo XC90 R Design, a beautiful car. Over the past 25 years I have purchased Audi, BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes all from major dealerships in northern NJ. NEVER have I met a Sales Consultant with as much product knowledge as Deborah Amster. The car literally sells itself but Deborah was able to answer every question accurately and concisely. She was reliable, flexible, had great personality and contagious positive energy. During the delivery process, Deborah walked us through every feature and has made herself available for a refresher course whenever I'm ready. I noticed a few spots on the car at delivery and a young man from service fixed them immediately. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was pleasant, kind and willing to please a picky customer like me! Shaun Hayes handled the finances and documentation. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by his no pressure approach to the aftermarket add ons that can sometimes turn a pleasant experience bad! His transparency and integrity are to be commended. First time car buyer As a first time car buyer I was prepared for a horrible time as I got pushed in to getting a car new to me for the first time. I found a used car repo As a first time car buyer I was prepared for a horrible time as I got pushed in to getting a car new to me for the first time. I found a used car report on car fax and happened to find the car we want used on their lot and inquired about it via email. With in two minutes of sending that Phil the front desk guru had called me and gauged my interest in the used Subaru and asked if I wanted to come see it. I couldn't get out to Jersey from Yonkers until the Saturday. Phil called the Friday before to let me know it was still there. We ended up getting there around noon and went to see Phil at the Front desk who got us with Steve who was great and helped us get our test drive and work us through the purchasing process as easily as possible. Shaun was our business guy and let me tell you this guy does business. the whole team from top to bottom made it the most hospitable and easy process they could. I hope my car last much longer than I'm going to be paying for it and I know when I need a new one when ever that time may come it will come from the lot of Smythe Volvo. More
