On a happy note, I successfully purchased my XC40 on the same day! The customer service I received is one of the best I have ever experienced and it did not stop at the dealership. I have also received follow up calls to ensure I am doing good with the new vehicle. Special mention to Emilia Paladino and Kevin Bergeron as they helped with ensuring the rest of my visit was seamless (financing and providing expert details on how to use all of the features of my new car). I would highly recommend Shaun and the entire Smythe Volvo team for anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
