Krystal Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in Warrensburg New York, spent so much time with my wife and I choosing the right vehicle for our needs . Zero pressure sales personnel. They made us feel like family. Service is terrible. Parts is terrible. Trucks under their recommended extended warranties but "it's not covered." Question it, argue, then it's covered. Multiple visi Parts is terrible. Trucks under their recommended extended warranties but "it's not covered." Question it, argue, then it's covered. Multiple visits to get things repaired. Most "repairs" don't fix the problem. My personal truck, 5 visits [over 3 months] to fix a suspension clunk. Still not repaired. They keep finding "new" things wrong. Example. Visit 2 they replaced axle joints. Nothing on suspension. Visit 5 they do drivers balljoints and cab mount bolts. So they didn't check the suspension when I told them I had a noise? Techs don't check the vehicle thoroughly, vehicles aren't test driven. Another truck of mine, a 19 ram 3500 [33k miles at the time] wasn't drivable with death wobble. They sent it back "A OK" with nothing done. Paid local mechanic a lift fee-didn't tell him what was wrong. He found it. Truck got new balljoints/tie rods/track bar/etc. but only after I cornered the manager with the lift report from the local guy. Andy's excuse was "I can only go off what the tech tells me". Asked if they test drove the truck? Nope. Terrible service. DO NOT GO THERE! More

I come here from Albany for the dealership and the service. My Wrangler is always taken into service on time and is always returned as clean as it went in. Service advisors are very easy to deal with service. My Wrangler is always taken into service on time and is always returned as clean as it went in. Service advisors are very easy to deal with and work hard to get the vehicles in and out in the least amount of time. Can't ask for more than that. More

The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient with my questions, were very personable and didn't charge me and arm and a leg for the repairs I needed. Very personable staff. Customer service oriented and willing to take me to an appointment if needed. Problem was solved quickly and I was on my way.
