We also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sharon Giustino who was so very, very informative and explained in full detail all of our financial and warranty options. Purchasing a brand new vehicle is not something we do often, therefore, it can be very stressful if you have to deal with pressure from salesman, but with Stefaan we are always made to feel very comfortable and confident that he is there to answer any question and there is no RUSH to do anything. Nothing but excellence from the staff at meadowlands of Carmel. I found my 2011 silverado searching on google and sent an email inquiring about it. Being a used vehicle i was weary of the condition, but upon arrival i couldn't believe how immaculate the truck was. I was beyond excited. The following evening it was parked in my driveway! Vinny my salesman is a great asset to that dealership. Great customer service, caring and doesn't portray the traditional salesman attitude. I bought with confidence rather than feeling persuaded into the vehicle. As well as Sharon in the finance department she made the process quick and easy. This is my second auto purchasing experience over at Meadowland of Carmel. My first experience went smoothly and the second time couldn't have gone any smoother. Once we got back Sharon Giustino used her great customer service and worked her magic getting approval. After I totaled my car I needed to purchase a car asap. I began looking around for my most recent lease and found a RAM 1500 priced right with decent options. I dealt with the after-hours online support associated with the website. Early the next morning, I re a RAM 1500 priced right with decent options. I dealt with the after-hours online support associated with the website. Early the next morning, I received an email and phone call from Frank who needed a little more information to price out my lease. The following Monday morning, Frank had the vehicle at Meadowlands ready for a test drive. About 5 hours later, the RAM 1500 was prepped and ready for delivery for me. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I dealt with Frank and Sharon who were very easy to deal with and personable. Frank introduced me to the service writers and gave me one of their cards. Being that I took delivery of the RAM after dark, Frank assured me that if I found any imperfections during the daylight, he would make it right. I have been leasing from Meadowlands for close to 19 years. For all but one car my salesman was Bob Young Well, I received a call from Steve Kaplan and during the conversation he told me Bob was no lon years. For all but one car my salesman was Bob Young Well, I received a call from Steve Kaplan and during the conversation he told me Bob was no longer with Meadowlands. He also told me about a great deal. By turning in my Seebring and not making the last 5 payments I could lease a Jeep Compass at a great price. So my wife Mary and I did and Steve made the transition very easy for both of us. After doing business with Bob Young for so long I did not think it would be as easy as it turned out to be I feel like I've know Steve for years.
