4 days ago my husband and I bought C-HR XLE for our eldest daughter who just turned 15. This will be her 1st car and the 4th TOYOTA car in our family. During the process we encountered some unexpected issues but with Faye’s helped we’ve got things straightened out and resolved. Faye made us feel that this time we have made the right decision. We are so happy with our new car and happy that they gave us a good deal. Thank you to Shannon Resh! Secondly, during this COVID time, I was most impressed at how all the personnel were aware of the issues and wore masks (where appropriate); there were people assigned to clean things continuously during our stay. I loved that I was able to speak to someone prior to my visit. Shannon and I spoke for about a week talking about different options before I made the trip down to Fred Anderson. Upon arriving, Shannon introduced me to JJ, my salesperson and he was absolutely amazing. I told him exactly what I was looking for and how I wasn’t trying to go too much higher than my old car payment. JJ teamed up with Blake to see if there was something we could do to get me taken care and we were able to agree on a price that I was happy with. Afterwards when it came to adding additional warranties, Ryan assisted me; just like JJ and Blake, he was able to get me a good deal on additional warranties so now I have piece of mind knowing if anything happens to my vehicle, I’m covered. Thank you all for everything you all did. I am very happy with my purchase and I look forward to seeing you all again! More

I was really hesitant about buying a brand new car because I actually liked my current car but Mr. Jennings helped me weigh out the pros and cons of keeping my current vehicle or driving off in my dream vehicle.
