Shannon Barr was & is very helpful getting me into my new car. She made it very easy witjout worry or being overwhelmed. The staff is very friendly & made getting me into a brand new car very easy. Classic bait and switch dealer. Advertise a use vehicle at a good deal, send photos when requested, show up to see and somehow it was "sold just the day before, but we have this new one.... Purchased a used vehicle on 11/19/21. Paid cash and was told they needed to run their safety inspection on the vehicle and would have it ready for pick up by 11/29/21. Every time I would call for an update told they needed to run their safety inspection on the vehicle and would have it ready for pick up by 11/29/21. Every time I would call for an update, I was passed around and finally given to a “manager”. He said my salesperson was with a customer and they would call me back. Texted salesperson in case it was easier for her to communicate that way and was told she would find out when I can pick up the car. This was at 430pm. A little after 6pm, I asked if she found anything out and was told my tech was gone for the day. Get a call this morning (11/130/21) that it will cost the dealership too much money to repair the car and they’re voiding my contract. Zero remorse from the dealership or salesperson that they just screwed over a single mom trying to find a decent car. Still waiting on at least an apology but imagine that’s not coming either. 0/10 stars for unethical behavior. *edited to add* As of 11/30/21, they just relisted it for sale and still has my money. I would caution against trusting this dealership More
