Parks Ford is a great place to look for a new car. The staff is friendly, courteous, and no hard sell. We just purchased a 2023 Bronco from Parks Ford; our salesperson was Luke and the Sales Manager w The staff is friendly, courteous, and no hard sell. We just purchased a 2023 Bronco from Parks Ford; our salesperson was Luke and the Sales Manager was Shane. They made a good initial offer on our trade, and a reasonable sales offer for the new Bronco. We declined the first offer, but Luke told us his manager would ask him if we had made a counter-offer, so we did. Much to our surprise, they accepted our counter, provided we close on the sale that day. So we drove away in a new Bronco. This was the second Ford we have purchased from Parks, and would shop there again when we needed another car in the future. More

This holiday season has been a whirlwind and it has taken me far too long to get this written up, but I truly have to commend Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, and the following gentlemen, for their remarkable cu me far too long to get this written up, but I truly have to commend Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, and the following gentlemen, for their remarkable customer service, attention to detail, willingness to collaborate, their professionalism, and finally for going above and beyond to make my “white Christmas” happen. To Shane Norsworthy, who remotely helped me, I thank you for going above and beyond to connect me to Frank Lacey, who spent numerous hours to find me the right vehicle. Once we found it, mind you, all of this was between the evening of December 23rd to early afternoon on Christmas Eve, Tony Melucci was able to squeeze me into his very busy schedule on Christmas Eve, both telephonically and via e-mail, to go over the finances of acquiring the vehicle. Enter Rich Jodway, who blew my mind, finalized everything and actually delivered the vehicle to my very door! I was shocked! He said he was “taking it around to me,” and I said I was not at the dealership. His response was to clarify that he was actually driving it to my home, and would drive off in my trade. I am still astonished. I did not think I was going to be able to do this as I was very busy on Christmas Eve and unable to make it to the dealership. These gentlemen wanted to make a sale, and so they did. Parks Ford was willing to work with me, and went truly above and beyond. All the individuals who I mentioned were amicable, professional, and dedicated. Thank you so much! My family and I were able to drive to the mountains in comfort and style in my brand new white Explorer, courtesy of these remarkable gentlemen. We had a beautiful Christmas. More

I blame myself for not researching this crap hole before sending my poor wife there alone. I feel bad for her that she wasted 4 hours of her life and took a hit on credit score and came out empty handed. Shady dealership man.. All I will say here. Alot more negative happened here, but it would take me 10000 words to explain. I will just never go back...even for service. More
