Shakeem was so helpful in our purchase. We live 200 miles away from Perfection Honda but were unable to find the Honda we wanted in our area. No push sales behavior exhibited. Listened to me when I expressed what I was looking for and did not try to up-sell me to models etc which were not my auto goal. Offered advice, answered questions, was pat expressed what I was looking for and did not try to up-sell me to models etc which were not my auto goal. Offered advice, answered questions, was patient and was knowledgeable about Honda's. Seemed to understand that car buying was not something I do often and worked with me during the process. Shakeem was incredibly helpful, fully knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase, and completely supportive of my needs during the buying phase. His continued support and helpfulness after I purchased the car is a new experience for me. He called a few days after I purchased my new Honda Civic to ask if I had any questions since the purchase, patiently worked with me to program options that enhanced my driving experience, and contacted me three months later to wish me a happy birthday and to see if there was anything else I needed. This is amazing customer service, and I am extremely grateful to have had Shakeem meet me in the parking lot and offer to answer questions the day I dropped by to look around! More
