Communicative, empathetic and sincere are what come to mind when thinking about my experience with him. For the rest of the Bomnin organization, not so great and plenty of room for improvement. My rating would be 2 stars. The moral compass of the sales manager seems to heavily tilted towards profitability rather than doing the right thing. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a Traverse. I did it all on the phone in minutes. Esined 30 minutes later. Picked up the Traverse the next day. I shopped online and Bomnin Chevrolet Manassas was far the best price. The only down side for me, is I had to drive 7 hours one way to get such an incredible deal. All the staff were excellent. If you are in the market for a Chevrolet, I would highly recommend Bomnin Chevrolet of Manassas. The price was so good I would of driven further to take advantage of the deal I received. More
