Worst experience in leasing. Managers never followed through on promise to provide information. There was a 'you need to talk to a different person' each time I tried to speak to Managers never followed through on promise to provide information. There was a 'you need to talk to a different person' each time I tried to speak to a manager/financial agent/seller. Was given the run around from the beginning of the deal. Car was delivered without any paperwork. Title had the wrong address on it; even though we provided the correct address. Dealership made sure I could not back out of the deal from day one. Communication is none existent. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my fellow retirees/veterans/friends/family/co-workers. More

The dealership and the service department is a pleasant place to visit but for it to take one and one half 1-1/2 hours to rotate the tires I won't be going back there even if it is free with a new car purc place to visit but for it to take one and one half 1-1/2 hours to rotate the tires I won't be going back there even if it is free with a new car purchase my time is more valuable than paying someone $25-$30 to rotate the tires. Shaeed is an AMAZING salesman! !! Completely knowledgeable about the car. Did ALL the paperwork for me and all i had to do is sign. He took care of the insurance and setting up all !!
