Absolutely the most outstanding service!!! I've been buying cars from Brent Brown for years and their sales staff is wonderful! Always smiling and working hard to get you the best deal for a vehicle!! They also offer to set up your first service appointment for you! Setting my most recent service appointment was very easy and fast! They made sure to help me schedule a time that would work best with my crazy schedule. They confirmed the appointment with me which I appreciated! I met with Josh Tanner who is always smiling and in a great mood when I come in to have my vehicle service. I recommend everyone to ask for him!! He is such a great guy and always goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy, educated about their vehicles service needs, updated on the status of their car and following up to make sure everything is going good with their vehicle. I had mileage penalties and advised so many miles were allowed, then checked about the mileage in a past visit, and advised of different mileage allowed, then told during my visit, the mileage was over the lease allowed. The idea this day was to pay off my lease and consider a new car. Spencer & Shad in your sales team really took care of my needs today and brought more honesty and service excellence to Brent Brown than I have experienced before.
