Overly frustrating buying experience. Like most people, I knew the car that I wanted and already secured financing. The salesman was redirecting me to look at different cars. And, when I said my bank was closed (since they had me waiting even with an appointment), then threatened to sale the car if they weren't able to run my credit (I had a check already). The salesman manager was aggressive and not customer focused at all. I got the car that I wanted but also left having the worst buying experience of my life. Bad day! More

Had great service from the used car department:-) Shabir Baba and his manager RORI Brown was excellent. They drove my car back to Maryland for me after purchase so I didn't have to make two trips. I recently found a used 09 Matrix at Honda of Tysons Corner and went over to test drive it. I met Shabir Baba, salesman, and worked with me to no end until we got a deal made for the car. I had a car to trade in in which I still owed a little over 12k on, and had no money to put down because I was moving, and he was able to make it to where I got a loan for my desired car. Thanks to Shabir and all of Honda of Tysons Corner for helping me get a fantastic and suitable new ride!!! They were amazing and I most definitely recommend shopping at Honda of Tysons Corner. More

Purchased a 2003 Toyota 4Runner. The dealership went above and beyond to make sure that the truck was in A1 mechanical condition before making the trip to Vienna from Roanoke. After quoting the price they encountered some problems while the truck was being run through the shop and the dealership had to incur over $1000 in repair costs to make it right. They stood by their original quote and even drove the truck to meet me halfway in Harrisonburg. Smoothest purchase I've ever made. More

Shabir and Zen were very friendly. Shabir walked around the lot with us while we looked for the van for us. He showed us a van that was recently traded in. It was a great van with awesome miles.
