This dealership, and in particular Jayln Walker and Sevan Striker, was easy to work with, informative and helpful, and made us feel like we were important. They helped us make a great decision and facilitate Striker, was easy to work with, informative and helpful, and made us feel like we were important. They helped us make a great decision and facilitated getting our car ready from the transport to delivery to us. They ensured we understood the many features of our new Volvo CX60 plug-in hybrid. They answered our questions, as well as many we didn't even know to ask. We plan to use the service department when the time comes. The sales department, especially Jayln, are top notch. Both Jordan and Hugh in Finance made it easy to pay for our vehicle. We would recommend Bob Penkhus for anyone interested in purchasing a car in a low pressure and high-quality environment. More

Wasted my time, they did not listen. Did what they wanted including running credit illegally. Worked with a puppet, ran back and forth to managers. Did nothing but put pressure on. Inconsistent and forgetful. Sometimes they charge for one thing and the next time they don’t. Also they’ll “forget” that they have your keys in their pocket forcing you to wait 30+ minutes for no reason othe thing and the next time they don’t.
