Seth Cameron helped us for 2023 - The story behind this is long so I'll cut to the chase. The car I thought my daughter was going to buy is now mine! Seth Cameron helped us for over a week with diligence and patience. He answered many questions, put my mind at ease about several issues, and was generally just awesome to work with! He's not the only amazing salesperson at Beaver Toyota, but he's my sales buddy of choice for sure! I highly recommend him! Christian (spelling?) Beaver was my finance guy. He didn't rush me through the process, but explained what I was signing and answered questions. In fact, when I admitted to being nervous, he turned from his computer screen, gave me his full attention, and asked why I felt that way. Then he listened to my answer and talked with me. I appreciated that level of caring, especially in the midst of closing the deal. Seth came by a few times to check on me, too. When all papers were signed, I got them on a flash drive. (With the choice to have them printed, too.) Times have changed since I bought my last car! Paperwork completed, I rang the bell, and then Seth took me to the car, paired my phone with the car's system, and gave me a short tutorial on some of the main features. He assured me I could call with any questions or problems. I had the chance to observe staff members interact with each other and with customers, and noted the upbeat, positive energy and respect shown to everyone. That's the kind of business I want to support. Thanks, Seth, Christian, and staff! More

Phaeon and Seth (spellcheck? ) were both so incredibly nice! We throughly enjoyed dealing with both of them it they could not have been any kinder and fun. There’s one thing that I really did NOT appreciate and that’s that it was a huge gut punch for me to be handed the car fax right after I sign all the papers for my ‘new car’ (it only had about 1000 miles on it so it truly seemed new for me) and see oh by the way it was in an accident. I totally understand it’s my fault for not asking for it before hand, I chalk it up to it being my first time buying a car and I definitely won’t make that mistake again. But I was going to buy a 4runner that night either way, wether it was the one I bought or the black one that was out front of the dealership that we originally came to look at, etc. It just cast this very negative feeling like I had just unknowingly made a huge mistake. So I went from super excited about my car to feeling nauseous all the way home and always feeling in the back of my mind that I made a bad choice. I would have appreciated total transparency so I could have used that to decide which one to buy, because like I said it wasn’t going to stop me from picking one out, it just was so depressing to find out after I sign everything. That’s just my two cents! Otherwise it was a good experience, and I’ll know not to let that happen again in the future! More
