As usual , a pleasure to get my truck serviced at sanders ford. From the lady answering the phone to make an appointment up to the gentleman letting me know when the service was complete everyone displayed a ford. From the lady answering the phone to make an appointment up to the gentleman letting me know when the service was complete everyone displayed a notorious professionalism and cordiality even during these weird times of pandemic. I will continue my services with sanders ford in the years to come. Congrats to the staff and specially to the management for having the right people working there. More

Let’s start with the services in the service department. Outstanding, between Bret on the ball catching the recalls and the young lady advising me to do so a complete file system flush. My 250 is now maintaining the same gas mileage as if it was new. Sales department Eric was able to place my wife into a new 150 platinum and cover all the whistles and bells. I am a firm believer it is not broken don’t mess with it. This team at Swansboro Ford is on point. Also note the lady’s in the service dep are not represented you need to fix this. Your inquiry focuses on Jacksonville, when your best team is in Swansboro. More
