That said, we really appreciated the great service provided by two of your employees, Sergio de Quesada and Chris Giordano. From the moment of my first call to see what was on the lot to driving our new car off the lot, we didn't feel pressured at all. Sergio even had two models pulled up front by the time we got there. He was pleasant and made sure to explain all the features of the car we were buying. Chris was very helpful in explaining our payment options, as well as what the warranty covered. Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience! More

Loving the new Ascent but wouldn’t have chosen this one We stopped in to test drive some Ascents and possibly buy. We met with Sergio at the front door where he took us to see 3 2019 Ascents that were the originals on the lot. He said there was nothing wrong with them that they just hadn’t been sold yet and that they were at a discount. We took one out for a drive and that was kind of it. He didn’t show us any features other than the drive features. Didn’t try to sell us a touring model which we probably would have gone for at a later date. Not saying only Sergio was at fault here because we should have demanded more time to look over all they have to offer and all the features that came with the specific “discounted” model we drove. When presented a price for the vehicle initially it was the sticker price listed on the car. We assumed this vehicle came standard with a navigation system since the one we test drove had that. We definitely would have chosen a model with more of the features we were looking for! More

Michelle, the manager, was also great and even played with our baby a little, who we had with us for the duration. And Alan, who did our financing, was really helpful as well. More
