After some issues making first contact, I had a pretty great initial impression with BMW of Sudbury and within a day made my way down and completed purchase of a new M440i. However - I still don't have my vehicle a week later and have no idea when I will receive it. As an out of state resident (New Hampshire) - the car delivery process from Mass usually requires a trip to the local town hall from a representative of the dealership. I was aware of and familiar with this process from previous car purchases in Mass. It is about a 50 minute drive from the dealership to my town hall which is not nothing - but also it is probably the closest/second closest possible NH town from their dealership (40 minutes driving in Mass, 10 in NH). After promptly providing all additional information that the dealership needed, I waited 4 total days and 2 business days without hearing anything. It took reaching out to the GM to hear from someone and even then just a vague "we are trying to find someone to facilitate delivery on Wed/Thursday fi possible". After that - radio silence for another day and a half before reaching someone who said they would look into it in the morning and then nothing. It's now been a week since signing the final paperwork and not only do I still not have my car - I don't have a date scheduled or even a time frame. This will have to occur during business hours and something I will have to schedule around work and they are not interested. Seems that once you sign the paperwork and the sale is official - you, the customer - no longer matter. More

Prices are set, no negotiating, but that’s fine because their numbers are good on all inventory vehicles. I drove from out of state to purchase an X7 and they made the transaction seamless. My Client Advisor was Henry Ding, who was terrific. He made everything easy and is a really great no-pressure person to buy a car from. In addition, Sebastien, in finance was the best. They simply have a great team at BMW Sudbury. Driving back with my new car to my home state was so much fun. Tight turn radius, great brakes, & the 40i has plenty of get up and go. The mild hybrid system is very noticeable during mountain inclines & when it kicks in, has no lag whatsoever. What superb technology BMW has developed for the X7. Considering the displacement of the vehicle, weight and spec dimensions, the X7 is less than 1.8 seconds slower than the eight cylinder. Great torque to HP ratio and it shows. In my opinion, BMW Sudbury is the right place to go when you want a great car to drive and want to work with good people. You may find other BMW dealerships that have the same model you’re looking for, but finding the right professionals to buy from is important. You can trust the Sudbury BMW team.
