Service Advisor sucked. He didn’t come update me on my vehicle and then stated that the technician didn’t tell him about the recommendations that were stated in the video I received. I also had to walked vehicle and then stated that the technician didn’t tell him about the recommendations that were stated in the video I received. I also had to walked all over the dealership parking lot to find my vehicle when I left. More

We had a fantastic experience working with Daniel Ta to buy a Toyota Sienna! He was great at answering our questions and giving us the information we needed to purchase. Not only was buying a great experie buy a Toyota Sienna! He was great at answering our questions and giving us the information we needed to purchase. Not only was buying a great experience but there was an unforeseen issue with the vehicle a couple days after making our purchase. Daniel jumped through hoops to get us taken care of and completely satisfied with our new van. The contract we signed said “As Is” so he had no contractual obligation to take care of us after the purchase. The issue was irregular and took about a month to resolve and Daniel was there helping the entire way. If we ever were in the market for another vehicle I would see Daniel first! More

Great dealership for the most part. This was the first time the associate didn’t try to sell me a service I didn’t need. The previous visit they sold me on a service 15,000 miles to early. I took my car for a simple oil change. However, the Toyota representative was very persistent in wanting to change my brakes when I was only coming in for an oil change, but I repetitively declined. He Toyota representative was very persistent in wanting to change my brakes when I was only coming in for an oil change, but I repetitively declined. He got an attitude after that and finally took my payment for the oil change service. He gave me my key and sent me on my own to look for my car. After walking around feeling stupid, I realized that my car wasn’t there. He never notified me when the car was done. It was until I had to ask because I was tired of waiting. I felt mistreated after looking around and see how cars were pulled to the door for other customers. No customer should have to experience that. More

Everyone I’ve met at Toyota so far has been a delight to engage with. The dealership is always spotless especially to ease my concern with how they take precaution to Covid.
