Sean Walther, Rob, and Tiffani were the dream team to work with!! Rivera was actually the second Toyota dealership in the area we went to for leasing a new 2024 RAV4 Prime. I hate to say it, but we went to Greentree first and they were downright nasty. That dealership lowballed us on our trade-in value to the point it was an insult and we just walked out. No point in even being there. We come to Rivera, our second Toyata dealership, and everyone is smiling, serious about getting a deal done, incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The trade-in was incredibly easy. We will never buy a car anywhere else with this kind of service!!! Rivera is the only place for us! Thank you Sean! Thank you, Rob! And of course to Tiffani too at the financing desk! Such a dream team! Thank you again!!! More

The dealership was hopping! Apparently many people frequent Rivera Mount Kisco. The salesman, Sean W., was extremely helpful. I had called several weeks earlier regarding a 2021 Apparently many people frequent Rivera Mount Kisco. The salesman, Sean W., was extremely helpful. I had called several weeks earlier regarding a 2021 used red Sienna, but at the time it was already promised to another buyer. When (for whatever reason) it became available again), Sean reached out to check if I was still interested. I was. And my husband & I had to be very interested because we traveled almost 2 hours to get to Mt. Kisco (we live on Eastern Long Island). The car was cleaned up well and there were only minor scratches on the vehicle. Sean clearly has a great knowledge of automobiles and was patient in explaining how the vehicle worked. He was friendly and accommodating (as was his manager - a very bright and extremely competent woman). We were a tad forlorn that our trade-in was priced lower than other sources had quoted, but it would have been too overwhelming for us to drive 2 vehicles back to Long Island, so we accepted the trade-in. We then met with Alex in financing who sold us a premium coverage policy - which made us feel more secure about buying a used car. Alex has so warm & reassuring, we felt like we were getting advice from a dear friend. All and all, it was a rewarding experience and would TOTALLY recommend Rivera Toyota to anyone considering purchasing a car. Thanks guys! More
