It's rare to come across someone willing to go the extra mile to help in such little, yet important, ways these days: • It was late Friday afternoon when I dropped off my car, and Shaun made sure that it was safe to drive and mentioned that the parts would not be in until Monday, so I could keep my car over the weekend. • Shaun called to let me know that my car was ready. When I mentioned that I had calls and would be heading there around 3 pm, he took the initiative to arrange for transportation, and my car was scheduled for a 3 pm pickup. Having warm and friendly personnel is especially reassuring when it comes to expensive car repairs, and I'm glad that I've found a place and a trusted representative for my future car maintenance, repairs, and my next purchase.
